My Story
Hi, I'm Molly and I'm the founder of Confident Births. I am here to guide you to have the best birth for you. I support parents in going from nervous to confident and excited about their births. I'm a Hypnobirthing Teacher, teaching courses across West Sussex and online for those further away.
I understand what it is like to feel apprehensive about birth, to listen to the stories that everyone tells you. that was me when I was pregnant. Have you even considered that birth could be amazing?
Hypnobirthing changed that for me and left me feeling excited about birth.
Why do you need Hypnobirthing?
What's all the fuss about? Am I going to be hypnotised? Do I even need it?
Hypnobirthing is based on birth science, mindfulness and an empowering toolkit for birth. Hypnobirthing is for all births as you will learn how to stay relaxed and calm - even when things change during your labour. I'm so excited for you, that you're here. This is the beginning of your Hypnobirthing journey.
Hypnobirthing is full birth preparation course that helps birthing people and their birth partners understand and recognise not only the physiological response to labour and birth but the mind/body connection. Hypnobirthing provides tools to aid comfort measures such as relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques. These help women feel calm and in control during labour and birth, wherever and however you choose to birth your baby. My course will provide you with the knowledge and skills for you to feel confident and excited about birth. After all, your baby will be here soon and that's amazing!
